He currently leads Sayaji Hotels as Vice President–Operations & People, where over the past three years of his tenure he has been instrumental in driving business efficiencies, best practices, and operational excellence. He has now been promoted as Vice President- People, Operations, Sales, and Revenue
Rakshit has over 16 years of work experience in the field of People Management, Hotel Operations, and Business Strategy, which has been spent spearheading Organizational Growth, new hotel openings, talent management/development, and analytics. He has worked with renowned hospitality companies like Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hilton Worldwide, Lemon Tree Hotels, Berggruen Hotels, and GHM Hotels.
