Ritesh Mishra has been promoted as the Director of Human Resources for DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer and Hilton Jaipur.
In his new role Ritesh Mishra will be responsible for the recruitment of the team, managing payroll, ensuring ethical business practices, statutory compliances, associate well-being, learning & development and Team engagement. Here, he will be handling Hilton Jaipur and Doubletree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.
Ritesh Mishra is a veteran in the industry with over 18 years of experience across India and has been part of Hilton Hotels for more than seven years. Ritesh has joined the hotel as a Human resource manager and rose up the ranks to head the Human resource Department. Ritesh has played a key role in successful opening of three hotels- DoubleTree by Hilton Agra, Hilton Garden Inn Lucknowand DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.
During his Hilton period, Ritesh has launched many best practices to name a few – 5 Day work week at DT Gurgaon & HGI Lucknow, Youth in Hospitality and Friday dressing. During his tenure, he has received many accolades and recognitions such as the Best gender diversity champion in SEA & India. In his personal life, Ritesh comes from the fast-paced city of Nawabs. He is a mountaineer and yoga & fitness enthusiast and likes to practice Zen meditation.
