Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport has announced Sahil Joshi as the Rooms Division Manager.
Sahil has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality and guest relations sectors from his work with well-known businesses in India. At the Majestic Park Plaza Ludhiana, Sahil began his career as the front desk supervisor. He later worked at The Lalit New Delhi, Radisson Blu Agra, and Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi. His most recent task was with the Hilton in Jaipur.
By ensuring that the Rooms Division complies with brand standards, focusing on customer demands, increasing revenues, and maximising the department’s financial performance, Sahil will seek to improve guest happiness in his new position.
He is a diligent disciplinarian with strong communication and analytical skills.
