Sanjay Kaushik has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at The Raviz Hotels & Resorts. Having 22 years of experience in hospitality, Kaushik has moved to The Raviz from Inter Continental Hotel Group where he was the Area General Manager, West India, Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad, and has proven track record in business turnarounds.
While taking over as the COO of Raviz Hotels & Resorts, Kaushik said, “It’s an honour to work with Padmashree Dr B Ravi Pillai to fulfil his dream to make Kerala as one of the best wellness and luxury destinations in India. The Raviz properties – located in verdant natural settings of beach, lake and riverfront – in Kerala have immense potential to convert into the most sought-after wellness and luxury stays, and we are now planning to provide out-of-the-world hospitality experience to our guests. I am very happy to relocate to Kerala again to work with a superb team of professionals at Raviz Hotels & Resorts.” Kaushik started his career from the ITC Maurya Sheraton New Delhi and has held various positions in leading hotels chains. He has won many coveted awards in the industry, including Kerala State Tourism Award for the Best Hotel General Manager, Best General Manager South India by Hospitality India Annual International Awards, Star Hotelier Award, to name a few.
