A seasoned hospitality professional, Sanjeev has extensive expertise in operations management, service standardization, training, and guest relations. His ability to drive team performance and his commitment to customer satisfaction have consistently resulted in industry accolades and recognition.
Sanjeev is a postgraduate from the University of Huddersfield, UK, with a B.A. (Hons.) in Hotel Management. His career began with Taj Hotels, where he gained hands-on experience in various departments, including front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping, further shaping his holistic approach to hotel operations.
