Radisson Mumbai Goregaon has announced the appointment of Santosh Singh as the new General Manager.
In addition to his responsibilities at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, Santosh Singh will also oversee Residency Sarovar Portico, a boutique 71-room hotel. With over two decades of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, Santosh brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence to his new role.
At 41, Santosh Singh is a seasoned hotelier with an impressive portfolio of achievements in front-office operations, revenue management, food and beverage (F&B) operations, and sales and marketing. He has been instrumental in building MEETHA, a gourmet luxury mithai brand that stands among the top mithai brands in India.
With his expertise and innovative approach, MEETHA is expanding with two new outlets in Bandra and Borivali. His consistent efforts have driven operational success and elevated guest experiences.

Santosh has been the Hotel Manager at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon since 2017. During his tenure, he successfully led the rebranding of the property from Sarovar to Radisson, significantly enhancing the hotel’s brand prestige. He also launched several award-winning dining concepts, including GOMA, a pan-Asian restaurant, and Musaafer, a progressive Indian restaurant.
From 2010 to 2017, Santosh served as the Front Office Manager at Grand Sarovar Premiere, where he drove customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, implementing revenue management strategies that boosted profitability. His career also includes pivotal roles in front office operations at Vits Mumbai, Ramada Powai, and The Residence Hotel, where he excelled in streamlining operations and enhancing guest services.
Santosh is known for his strategic acumen and his ability to inspire teams to deliver outstanding results. His passion for the hospitality industry is matched by his commitment to personal growth, with interests ranging from travelling and fitness to technology and cricket.
