Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli has announced the appointment of Satish Tiwari as the new Housekeeping Manager
In this role, he will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the property.
With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Satish brings a wealth of expertise in team leadership, operational management, and service excellence. He began his career with Westin Mumbai Garden City (Marriott) and has since held key roles at Radisson and Sarovar Hotels. Most recently, he served as Housekeeping Manager at IBIS Mumbai Airport, where he successfully led large teams, implemented effective cleaning protocols, and improved operational efficiencies.
