Saurabh Choksi has been appointed as General Manager of The Hillock, Ahmedabad.
Saurabh brings with him over 24 years of hospitality experience where he will be seen spearheading F&B operations, speciality restaurants, Rooms Division, guest experience, and other key roles in the hotel & Cruise.
Before Joining The Hillock Ahmedabad, He was associated with The Fern Hotels & Resorts , He has successfully established the First 5-star property in Junagadh, Gujarat as a General Manager.
He started his career with Le Meridien Pune, The Oberoi Mumbai, Doubletree by Hilton, Radisson Blu, Aamby Valley City, Marigold Banquets, His International experience includes exploring the world cruise while working with Luxury cruises- Regent Sevensea, Silversea & Sandals Resorts in Jamaica.
A result-oriented and passionate hotelier, Saurabh Choksi creates memorable experiences for guests and an amazing work environment for his colleagues. His go-getter attitude and strive to succeed brings out the best in people who work with him.
His other interest is to explore new destinations on road trips.
