With over 14 years of extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Saurabh brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for excellence to his new role.

Saurabh Sharma, with his strong background, brings a wealth of expertise from his former roles as Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager at esteemed establishments like Hyatt Regency Delhi, and Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. His career trajectory, characterized by significant contributions to renowned venues, makes him ideally suited to lead the culinary experiences at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. His demonstrated leadership skills are set to elevate the dining and beverage offerings, perfectly aligning with the hotel’s unwavering dedication to hospitality excellence.

In his current role, he will be working closely with the hotel’s Director of Food & Beverage, to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, meeting rooms, and outdoor catering. He will be instrumental in further elevating the positioning of the award-winning outlets at the hotel – Seasonal Tastes (all- day diner), EEST (specialty Pan –Asian), Prego (specialty Italian), Sunset Story (roof top bar & lounge), Mix Bar & Lounge (bar), Story Club & Lounge (night club) & Daily Treats (patisserie); while ensuring all aspects of food and beverage operations run seamlessly, orchestrating impeccable dining experiences and optimizing operational efficiencies to surpass guest experiences.
