With over 13 years of extensive experience in handling headquartered accounts, managing room sales, catering, and MICE events across India and South Asia, Saurav brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to the team.

In his current role, Saurav will be responsible for managing the sales budget and monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets. Saurav’s primary duties encompass overseeing the sales budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring alignment with financial targets. He will maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, hiring and motivating a high-performing sales team, and monitoring competitor activities.

This dynamic professional has enjoyed an exponential career growth with top tier hospitality brands since completing his graduation in Bachelors of Science in Hotel Management from Nips School of Hotel Management. Prior to this Saurav Basak served as Associate Account Director – Hyatt Hotels and Resort, where he set up the Cluster Sales operation for the first time from Eastern India. His tenure at National Sales Office – Marriott Hotels India Pvt Limited as Senior Sales Manager saw significant revenue growth and expansion of the MICE and sports segments in Eastern India. Additionally, Saurav has held key positions at IHG Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, Kolkata; Fortune Park Hotels Limited, and The Stadel Kolkata, consistently delivering outstanding results.

During his leisure time, Saurav enjoys spending his free time surfing and working out at the gym, combining his love for the ocean with a passion for fitness.
