The Raviz Calicut has announced the appointment of Shabin Kumar as the new Hotel Manager.
With over 15 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Shabin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His most recent role was as a Hotel Consultant at Shatavari Resort. His previous assignments were with renowned establishments such as Lazdana Hotels & Resorts in Bengaluru, Resort Rio in Goa, MJ Avyanna in Bengaluru, and Rockholm at Lighthouse Beach in Kovalam.
As a people-oriented leader, Shabin values teamwork and collaboration, believing that “everyone” contributes to the strength and success of the business. In his welcome address, he emphasized the importance of unity over individual performance, stating, “I never focused on various grades or designations; instead, it is our collective effort that drives us forward.”
