Andaz Delhi has announced the appointment of Shanu Ghai as the new Director of Rooms.
With over 12 years of experience in Operations Management, Shanu has worked with a lot of iconic names in the industry, all across the country.

Over the past decade, Shanu has worked at renowned properties, including Front Office Manager at Lily Beach Resort & Spa, Maldives, and Rooms Division Manager at Hyatt Regency, Lucknow. Shanu’s performance-oriented approach combined with her profound understanding of financial and operational processes, has also allowed her to work at iconic names such as Crowne Plaza Jaipur, Holiday Inn, Amritsar and more.
Shanu Ghai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM, Jaipur. She is a proud graduate and her skills and work experience cover a wide range of fields, including operations, project management, administration, team building, coaching, workflow planning and optimisation amongst others.
Shanu’s accomplishments speak volumes, with notable awards such as the Award for Ways Departmental Leader of the Year in 2017 and the Guest Love Front Runner Award for Q3 2017 in Southwest Asia. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in guest experience scores, earning recognition for her outstanding contributions.
