Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Shashank Bhatia as the new Director of Food and beverage.

Shashank Bhatia’s arrival brings a wealth of experience, extraordinary leadership, and profound culinary knowledge to Raffles Udaipur. His career has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational brilliance, perfectly aligning with the resort’s dedication to delivering unparalleled hospitality.

In his prior role as Food and Beverage Manager at Roseate House New Delhi, Shashank Bhatia displayed exceptional leadership skills, ensuring that the division operated by the highest brand standards. He consistently maintained stringent quality control, upheld hygiene and safety, and crafted memorable dining experiences for guests.

His illustrious career also includes serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Amari Galle, Sri Lanka, Banquet Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and the Restaurant Manager at both The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. He consistently exceeded guest and owner expectations in said roles and played a pivotal part in taking the culinary departments to new heights. His achievements include being recognized with awards such as the Best Indian Restaurant for “Riwaz” and the Best Lebanese Restaurant for “Souk.”

With Shashank Bhatia at the helm of the Food and beverage operations, Raffles Udaipur anticipates a fresh and innovative approach to culinary excellence. Guests can look forward to extraordinary dining experiences under his guidance.
