The Fern Hotels & Resorts, announced the signing of a new hotel, The Fern Residency, Mira Road, Mumbai.
The company at present operates 9 hotels in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The addition of this new property will reinforce the brand’s leadership position in this key market and underline its commitment to impeccable guest experiences.
The property once operational will feature 70 well-appointed rooms with F&B, banqueting and conferencing facilities.
Mira Road is a fast-growing neighborhood in the Greater Mumbai region and has become an attractive investment hub for the manufacturing industry. The new property is expected to open in 2024.

Other properties in the pipeline in the region are the 100 keys The Fern Residency Thane and 79 keys The Fern Residency Bhiwandi.
