Hyatt Regency Kolkata appointed Souvik Dutta as the Executive Sous Chef, effective from 01st February, 2023.
Souvik hails from the City Of Joy-Kolkata and is an alumni of IHM Kolkata. Souvik has been thriving in the world of hospitality and culinary arts over a decade and is passionate about global cuisines and innovations.
He embarked his journey with Hyatt Regency Kolkata in 2011 as a Commis Chef and has a remarkable journey acing diverse job roles to lead the team as a Chef De Cuisine. His last assignment was with Ritz Carlton, Pune as Chef De Cuisine.
Speaking on the occasion Souvik quoted “Hyatt Regency Kolkata has been my second home and I am thrilled to be back with my new assignment. I have always believed in team work which can do wonders and exceed expectations. As they say, believe you can and you are halfway there”
