With 19 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Sumit brings a wealth of expertise in guest satisfaction, strategic planning, business operations, revenue analysis, and more.
His proven track record of driving operational excellence, coupled with his dynamic leadership style, makes him an invaluable addition to the Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s leadership team.
Sumit’s extensive career has seen him take on leadership roles with some of the world’s most renowned hotel brands, including iconic hotels such as Taj Falaknuma Palace, Taj Lands End, The Leela Palace Jaipur and Le Meridien Gurgaon prior to joining the hotel.
His outstanding contributions in these roles have led to surpassing revenue targets, significantly improving guest satisfaction, and streamlining business operations. Sumit brings comprehensive knowledge to Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s operations. His leadership will also focus on elevating operational standards to ensure a consistently high level of guest experience.
