Hyatt Regency Chandigarh has announced the appointment of Takshila Chheda as the new Area Director – Digital Marketing for Hyatt Hotels in the North Region

In this role, Takshila Chheda will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives across all hotels in the North region.
Takshila is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in crafting and implementing impactful campaigns across diverse industries. Prior to this appointment, she managed digital strategy for Hyatt’s East and West regions, based out of Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
In her previous role at Reliance Industries, Takshila served as the Digital Marketing Strategist for Jio World Centre, where she was instrumental in mapping out the digital roadmap for the successful launch and steady-state operations of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. Prior to that, she worked at Tata Motors, leading digital strategies for high-profile national and international campaigns, including the IPL, Geneva Motor Show, and Auto Expo. Her extensive career also includes roles at esteemed organizations such as Taj Lands’ End, MSL, Edelman, and Perfect Relations, where she honed her expertise in public relations and communications.
Takshila Chheda holds an MSc in Corporate Communications and Reputation Management from Manchester Business School, UK. She has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty member for the PR and Communications module at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, part of the PGDM – IMC curriculum.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Takshila is a food enthusiast who enjoys working out, traveling, and reading fiction.
