With an illustrious career spanning over 14 years in the hospitality industry, Tara brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to her new role.

Tara’s journey with the Marriott brand began in 2015, and she has since held various roles across several properties including JW Marriott Pune, Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Indore Marriott Hotel and Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. She has also been a pre-opening team member of Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri & Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata.

Her most recent role was as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Surat Marriott Hotel, where she was responsible for overall human resources function. In this recent assignment she has honed her skills in talent management, employee relation & employee engagement to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce. Additionally, she has implemented HR policies and manages compliance fostering a positive work environment.

Tara’s professional journey is further complemented by her Marriott certifications, which include Foundation of Leadership, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Developing You & Developing Others, Training Skill Workshop etc. These accolades reflect her dedication to continuous learning and leadership development.
