A major milestone in our journey was attaining our targeted hotel RPS of 90.71, reflecting our strong financial performance and commitment to excellence. Our segmented ADR saw notable growth, with Group increasing by 34%, Retail by 53%, and Corporate by 37%, showcasing our ability to cater to diverse market segments effectively.
In recent years, we celebrated a stellar year with 15 prestigious awards, including Best Five-Star Hotel and Best Standalone Convention Centre by the Telangana Tourism Excellence Awards. Firstly, it allows me to have a firsthand look at the hotel’s operations, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards. During these walks, I observe the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambiance of various areas, from the lobby to the guest rooms and dining outlets.
Additionally, this routine offers a valuable opportunity to interact with both staff and guests.
