Ujjawal Tyagi, with an illustrious 17-year career in the hospitality sector, assumes his role, contributing a wealth of experience to enhance the hotel’s guest services at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi.
Ujjawal Tyagi’s experience and proven expertise in the hospitality industry make him well-equipped to lead the Front Office team, ensuring a seamless guest experience through exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards of customer service, resulting in memorable stays.
In his 17-year jouney, Ujjawal Tyagi began his career as an Airport Representative at Crown Plaza Gurugram, showcasing dedication and skills that earned him successive promotions, ultimately reaching the position of Team Leader. Continuing at Hyatt, where he transitioned to the Front Office, undergoing comprehensive training across various departments in the hospitality sectors Ujjawal in less than a year, was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager.
Ujjawal’s career continued to ascend, achieving the position of Front Office Manager before joining Fairfield by Marriott. Now, as a seasoned professional, he has joined Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, as the Front Office Manager, bringing with him a depth of expertise to enhance the guest experience.
