A performance-driven leader, Varun Kumar Shrian has led hotel openings and revitalized business strategies to deliver sustained growth. His accomplishments include remarkable revenue boosts, underscoring his strategic insight and results-oriented approach.
Throughout his career, Varun has held key leadership roles across prestigious hospitality brands such as Marriott Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, IHG Hotels (Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn), ANANDA in the Himalayas, The Grand (formerly Grand Hyatt), and ITC Hotels – The Luxury Collection. His core strengths lie in sales optimization, market positioning, pricing, brand marketing, and building high-performance teams to achieve strong MPI and RGI results.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management and Strathclyde Business School, UK, where he earned his MBA, Varun is also a certified change management professional. His contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades from both industry peers and business partners.
