Grand Hyatt Mumbai has announced the appointment of Vikas Yadav as the new Area Director of Digital Marketing
With over eighteen years of experience in the hospitality, travel, e-commerce, media, and B2B sectors, Vikas Yadav comes with a rich background in digital marketing, marketing analytics, and technology.
Vikas began his career as a developer focusing on marketing analytics and digital marketing tools before transitioning into digital marketing. Over the years he has worked with leading brands like IndiaMart, Vconnect Global and Amar Ujala, all of which he had made tremendous impact on during his tenure in the multitude of industries. In his overseas stint as Digital Head at Vconnect in Lagos Nigeria, he spearheaded digital marketing for one of Africa’s largest local search platforms.
Vikas previously managed digital strategy for Hyatt’s North India hotels. His expertise in performance marketing, digital transformation, and online customer engagement has set benchmarks in the industry. An accomplished digital strategist, Vikas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Physics and a Master of Computer Applications. Furthermore, he is certified in Analytics and comes from a solid background in search technologies.
