Virender’s illustrious career includes key leadership roles at prestigious properties such as AAI Hospitality Services, Hotel ibis Hinjewadi, Hotel ibis Nashik, and several other esteemed hotels under Accor Hotels. His extensive experience covers a wide range of hotel operations, including strategic planning, digital marketing, financial management, and overall operational excellence.
In his most recent role at AAI Hospitality Services, Pune, Virender excelled as Principal Consultant, providing bespoke consultancy services tailored to the unique needs of diverse hospitality ventures. His ability to create and implement customized strategic action plans has consistently driven operational improvements and enhanced guest satisfaction.
As General Manager at Hotel ibis Hinjewadi, Virender adeptly managed a 136-room property, significantly enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency. His leadership at hotel ibis Nashik and Hotel Formule1 further cemented his reputation for driving revenue growth and elevating guest services.
