With over 12 years of experience in multiple five-star hotel restaurants, including Marriott, Sheraton, and The Leela, Chef Vivek brings a mixture of youth and experience, making him the perfect candidate for the Executive Sous Chef position. His meteoric rise in the industry is indicative of his talent and drive.
Through his decade-long exposure to high-end dining, Chef Vivek has been able to learn from some of the best chefs in India. His extensive culinary background will enable him to deliver a luxury experience to all.
Chef Vivek has expertise in managing operations, developing menus, catering to a large number of people, and has an eye for detail.
