Xenia Lam holds an impressive academic background, graduating with honors in Hotel Management from IHM Aurangabad. Complementing her expertise in the hospitality field, she also possesses a degree in Business Administration and holds a Masters in Gastronomy from the prestigious University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenzo, Italy.
With a remarkable 12-year tenure at the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (IHCL), Lam began her career as a Taj Management Trainee and progressively climbed the ranks to excel as the Food and Beverage Manager at Taj Holiday Village, Resort and Spa Goa. During her tenure, she was recognized as a valuable member of the Centre of Excellence for Food and Beverage within IHCL.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Xenia’s diverse interests add depth to her character. She exhibits a keen passion for Gastronomy, art, and travel, and she has channeled her creativity into writing. As an author, she has published numerous articles on food, travel, and lifestyle and even authored a book.
